“WINDOW TO LITHUANIA”

Selected Lithuanian chamber music works for violin, cello and piano

Violinist Dalia Dėdinskaitė (Lithuania/Austria), cellist Gleb Pyšniak Lithuania/Austria) and pianist Gintaras Januševičius (Lithuania/Germany), some of the most prominent Lithuanian performers residing and creating abroad, teamed up for a joint initiative: to discover the most beautiful works of Lithuanian classical composers and to combine them in one album. “Window to Lithuania” is a collection of jewels of Lithuanian classical music, that covers over a hundred years of inspiration, creative energy and musical blessing. The artists seek to share these treasures with listeners all over the world, thus commemorating the 25th anniversary of Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Lithuania.
